Tonight is Bring a friend!! Check in begins at 5:50pm!

Bring a friend night is coming up on August 27th. Your children may bring a friend to club wednesday night. When checking in we will help you "add guest" onto your check in for the night. The friends do not need to register for Awana. If they decide to come again then we will ask them to register at that time.

This is an email that was sent to all Awana Parents. If you did not receive it please let me know. I've posted it below.

For those of you who are interested I will be doing a brief overview of Awana for parents this Wednesday night at 6:15pm. It should last about 10-20 minutes. I will go over how Awana works for each age group and also how best to get notifications and reminders. We will not be using Remind this year, but an app called Church Center. I will be going over how to download and see our Awana info through this app at the beginning of the meeting, so if you just want to come for this part and then leave that is fine.

I will also be sharing websites and tips to help your child be successful at going through their handbook.

Also just a reminder until our gym reno is complete there will be no family dinners.

Drop off for Awana on the first night will begin at 5:40pm. (normally it's 5:50pm) . Since our gym is closed I will have signs pointing you how to get to our check in area through our main church hallway.

Cubbies parents please come into the main check in area first if you have not yet paid then you can go drop off your Cubbie. Cubbies parents who have paid may go directly to the cubbies room and check in your child.

Once you arrive in the check in area there will be one line for those of you who have already paid (you may go ahead and check your child in and they can go on back.) Then there will be a line for those who haven't paid yet (if you need to make arrangements just tell the Awana secretary and she will note your account)

Pick up time is 7:30pm.
