Bridges had the privilege of hearing Jon and Jhordan Wheeler share their testimony of how God has used Bridges in their lives!

Jon and Jhordan were apart of the first group of students to ever be apart of the Bridges after-school program 21 years ago! Fast forward to 2026 and now they are married, bought a Bridges home, and Jhordan serves as a board member for Bridges!
We appreciate them both sharing the truth of God’s Word with the kids and sharing their story!

We had the chance in the month of May to take a group of boys to Never Too Young! Never Too Young is a conference designed for middle schoolers to experience Indiana Wesleyan University up close, from campus spaces and food options to student led activities, concerts, games and more; all geared towards spiritual development. We were blessed to have the opportunity for our boys to learn and grow in their faith in Jesus!

A week ago today, we were able to celebrate our students who have participated in our BBB program this year!

BBB stands for “Bridges Bible Brigade” which is an opportunity for any 4th or 5th grade student to meet with us every week to eat their lunch and read the Bible with us! Thank you to all the parents for letting your student be apart of the program!

Do you have a student that will be in 6th grade - 12th grade for the 2026-2027 school year? Bridges is hosting our annual Summer Slam program at Central Middle School from June 15th-July 10th. This year's theme is "Summer of the Gospel." If you are interested in having your student participate, please call the Bridges' office (765-452-5723) to have an application emailed to you or stop by our office (208 N Main St, Kokomo) and fill out an application between the hours of 10A-2P, Monday - Thursday of this week.

We are so proud of our students and all the hardworking that they have put in this school year. These students have earned a "B" average and we are grateful that they are apart of our Bridges family.
