Today's message was titled "The Vacuum Cleaner Salesman".Pastor Freel spoke on what it means to surrender to the leading of the Holy Spirit. If we are to be the new creation that the Apostle Paul says we are, we need to walk in the spirit and not in the flesh. To have perfect peace in this life, surrendering our worldly desires is paramount to achieving this goal. Today we were blessed to receive a message from Jason Vinsick Jr. titled "The Snare Of Spiritual Ignorance". Jason's message dealt with the fact that even though as Christians we may think we know the Word, are we actually living the Word we claim to know? None of us have perfect wisdom. There is grace for that. Leave yourself open to change and let Christ transform your life. Today's message was titled "Do You Hear The Trumpet Sound?". Pastor Freel spoke on the latter days and what we, as Christians, can expect. Many people argue that we will suffer through the tribulation as others do. The bible tells us that we are not subject to wrath. Today's message was titled "What Is Your Opinion?". Pastor Freel spoke on the importance of having a biblical worldview. The bible reminds us that we can walk in the flesh or we can walk in the spirit. Unfortunately, it is possible to do both and have a twisted view of the world. Today's message was titled "Jesus Is My Jubilee". Pastor Freel spoke on the passage from Leviticus where God made provision to restore freedom to the captives of Israel. The Old Testament Jubilee was a foreshadow of the person of Jesus Christ. He came to restore everything that the adversary has taken away. He whom the Son sets free is free is free indeed! Today's message was titled "No Change Required". Pastor Freel spoke on what is expected of us when we accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior. When we accept Jesus we are brought into the New Covenant, the promise that God will forgive our sin and restore our fellowship.
