Update from the team in Zimbabwe.

Zimbabwe Team, Monday evening update: God is good! By the time this update posts, the team should be sound asleep. Shortly after you go to bed, the team will be rising to do all the last-minute preparations for the conference and the VBS efforts. By the time you awake Tuesday morning, the conference will be nearly complete for the day. So pray now! Pray for the team to speak the truths of the gospel clearly and encourage our brothers and sisters there; include physical struggles to your list. Pray for the people of this area of Zimbabwe who are making their way to Mberengwa, some whose travel has been very difficult. Pray that the name of our Lord and Savior would be lifted up as firm foundations begin or continue because of HIS work there this week.

Our prayers go out to those impacted by the severe weather/tornadoes last night and especially to the family of the two that lost their lives near Fairview. We do have volunteers out this morning assessing the damage and we will respond to help clean-up damage as needed.
Keep us in your prayers as we currently have teams working in the panhandle helping homeowners who lost their homes in the recent wildfires.

Also be weather aware today as we have another round of potential severe weather across parts of the state today.
