A few raindrops and a brief power outage could not stop us from having a beautiful Corpus Christ procession on Sunday, celebrating the presence of Christ in the Blessed Sacrament. Thank you to all the volunteers who created the stunning sidewalk art, most of which was under cover so all were able to enjoy the amazing drawings.

Sacred Heart Consecration Mass--Thursday, June 11, 6pm
As the US bishops consecrate our nation to the Sacred Heart on Thursday, St. Peter's will consecrate our parish with a special Mass at 6pm, followed by a reception in the narthex. Through consecration, we entrust our parish entirely to God's love and grace, and commit ourselves to Him. Please join us!

WANTED: SIDEWALK ARTISTS! The Feast of Corpus Christi, which celebrates the real presence of Christ in the Eucharist, is next Sunday, June 7. We will have a traditional Eucharistic procession around our campus after the 9am Mass and we are looking for artists to create a temporary outdoor art display along the procession route. This project is inspired by centuries-old Catholic traditions of decorating the path as an act of honor and reverence to Jesus, who is truly present in the Blessed Sacrament. On Thursday, June 11, in conjunction with the 250th anniversary of our country’s founding, the US bishops will consecrate our nation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. St. Peter’s will join the bishop’s with a special Mass Thursday, June 11 at 6pm, followed by a reception. Please join us!
