Received an email late last night from Jim Martin...

My dear friend, pastor Dionicio, has 10 individuals ready for baptism! I was called today and asked if I wanted him to wait until I am back in Honduras to baptize them. No, I said. Go and baptize them. We will rejoice for the new believers. All of these new believers are unchurched (before now).

Let's celebrate what God is doing through Honduras Ministries!!!

Sunday morning...preaching on five commitments that will guarantee a successful family. The breakdown of family is a major problem in Honduras. Pray for the families of Centro Evangelico Filadelfia and all of Tegucigalpa.

UPDATE & REQUEST - we had an evening of worship that cannot be described. This church has an unmatched passion for Jesus! Eight people decided to surrender their lives to Jesus, and the leaders are telling me that the message touched on problems that many others in the church are experiencing.

In one hour, I will be gathering with the leadership of the church (a group of approximately 100) to teach about the Holy Spirit. Again, please pray that God will speak in ways that go beyond any study or planning that I could do.

Please stop right now and take a moment to pray for our meeting this evening. The leaders of the church here are hoping to have approximately 500 people gather, many of them will now yet know Jesus. Please pray for my presentation and for my translators we share the Gospel.

By now, the rest of the team is back in the USA...layover in Houston for a few hours before returning to Kansas City around midnight. Please pray for safety in the final leg of the journey.
