It’s May and so much is going on in your lives (we know!) and in the life of Village Church. We wanted to take time to share gratitude for those of you who helped with, or attended, the Celebration of Faithful Women and tell you about the funds we raised, next season’s Horizons Bible Study, and so many other uplifting things. Take a moment to read the new issue of the PW Messenger. May you run your races with perseverance!

Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight and the sin that clings so closely, and let us run with perseverance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. (Hebrews 12:1-2).

Let's build! You don’t need to be comfortable using power tools to help at the Habitat for Humanity of Kansas City sites. The Antioch Book Club meets next at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 17 in the Conference Room (Village on Antioch Campus) to discuss “The Heaven and Earth Grocery Store” by James MacBride. This book club has been meeting quarterly for the past few years but in 2026, we’ve decided to challenge ourselves to read more! Put these dates on your calendars: March 17, May 19, July 21, Sept. 15, and Nov. 17.

Stop by the Mission Campus‘ Welcome Center this Sunday, Feb. 15, after 9 a.m. worship to learn more about Mission Sewing and the variety of projects this group creates for local and international organizations and ministries.
