Today's Solemnity celebrates Jesus as truly present with us in the Eucharist.

In the breaking of the bread, we are nourished, united, and sent forth in love. May we receive Him with reverence and carry His presence into the world through acts of charity and mercy.

“Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me and I in him.” John 6:56

St. Justin Martyr was one of the first Christian apologists. He showed that Christianity isn’t blind belief but a truth that can withstand questioning and thoughtful reflection.

A fearless defender of Christianity in the 2nd century, he sought truth with his whole heart, and gave his life for it.

Today we celebrate one of the greatest mysteries of our faith, the Holy Trinity. One God in three Persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. One divine unity, perfectly bound in love.

The Father creates, the Son redeems, and the Holy Spirit sanctifies—and together they reveal that God is not solitude, but relationship.

On this beautiful feast, we remember that we are made in the image of this divine communion. Just as the Trinity is one, we are called to live in unity, love, and faith with one another.

Did you know that priests are required to pray the Liturgy of the Hours every single day, even outside of Mass?

Also called the Divine Office, this is a structured set of prayers prayed at different times throughout the day, centered on the Psalms and Scripture. Most may not know that the Church is actually praying continuously around the world (every hour of every day) through clergy, religious, and laypeople who take part in these prayers.

Today, we celebrate the powerful moment when the Holy Spirit descended, filling hearts with courage, unity, and purpose. What began as a small gathering became a movement that continues to impact the world today.

Pentecost reminds us that God’s presence lives within us, guiding, strengthening, and empowering us to share love, hope, and truth with others.

May your heart be renewed, your spirit be ignited 🔥, and may you walk boldly in faith.
