"Sweet Hour of Prayer" (number 496 in The United Methodist Hymnal") reflects on the refreshment offered in a personal connection with God--here presented through personal prayer time.

"In seasons of distress and grief;
My soul has often found relief,
And oft escaped the tempter’s snare
By thy return, sweet hour of prayer!"

Is there a specific time in which you are most likely to be in prayer? When do you pray throughout your day?
