Happy Monday Refuge families! We hope you are all enjoying this fall weather that (finally) came! This week in Little Explorers, we began a series on The Fruit of the Spirit, and went over the fruits of love and joy. Our elementary students learned about Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, and how important it is to stand up for what is right- even when it might cost you greatly. It is so amazing to continue to see how the Lord moves in this ministry. Have a great week!

Hey Refuge families! Another beautiful Sunday blessed by the Lord has come and gone, and we would love to share a bit of it with you! This week in Little Explorers, we talked about Ezra sharing God’s word with the people of Jerusalem, and how they repented of their ways and were strengthened by the Lord to do the right things, which shows us even now that it is God who makes us strong, not ourselves. In the Great Adventure, our 1st-5th graders learned about Naaman, and how he needed to humble himself in order to fully trust God’s solution for his problem. Have a great week! 🌷☀️🫶🏼

The Great Adventure Elementary students learned about the prophet Elisha, and what it looks like to be brave enough to trust God- even in tough situations.
