Destination Church has a mission to help people live Jesus centered and Jesus sent. Jesus Centered --- You’ve heard it said, “life is a journey.” Some people are driven for success, some are wandering aimlessly, some are content to stay the same, and some are picking themselves up, but make no mistake, where you are going matters. Ultimately every person was created by God with a purpose to know h

Jesus told the first disciples, “follow me.” Today, the answer to that question is the same: relationship with God, salvation, purpose for the present, and hope for the future are all discovered in the person of Jesus Christ. He not only sets the course -- he is the way, he not only gives direction -- he is the truth, he not only gives meaning to life -- he is the life. We are hoping and working to help people find life’s greatest destination! Jesus Sent --- We envision a church where living Jesus centered will result in influencing the world around us. When people develop in their relationship with God, they live knowing that everything revolves around Jesus. But then what do we do with the “everything”? Everything is a lot -- its families, work, relationships, time, finances, neighbors, opportunities, abilities, passions... Being Jesus sent is taking his direction into our everything. We envision people who don’t just go to church on Sundays, they are the church all week long. We see people who, because they prioritize Jesus, they prioritize his mission. Living on mission, our desire for the future is to expand in ministry so that as many as possible will know the good news of a Christ centered life.

VBS last week was more than we could have asked for! We had:

"Were not our hearts on fire when he walked with us..."

This Sunday’s message was a powerful reminder of God’s faithfulness in every season.

Hope you remember Pastor Chad's personal testimony of arriving in a new country with a young family, uncertainty, and very little time… yet watching God provide a home in just one day. What seemed impossible became a clear picture of His provision, guidance, and care.

With little kids in tow and many unknowns ahead, God made a way, opening doors, calming fears, and showing that He truly goes before us.

“And my God will supply every need of yours according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:19

If you’re in a season of transition or uncertainty, be encouraged: the same God who provided then is still providing today. He sees, He knows, and He makes a way.
