How awesome is this!!! 💜

We are so excited to have Joye McCrea Vedvick ( .2.the.world )with us to teach this class. It’s a gentle practice that focuses on loving the Lord our God with our heart, our minds our souls and our strength. Throughout the class she will incorporate scripture, worship music, prayer, reflection, and devotional time, along with gentle stretching and movement. The heart of the class is simply helping people draw closer to God while caring for the bodies He has given them. Come and join us for this amazing time! ALL are welcome, and modifications to movement will be available. Bring a mat if you are physically able to get up and down off the ground.
