💙A WORD FROM OUR SR. PASTOR🗣️
“Bear ye one another’s burdens…” — Galatians 6:2
“September is Su***de Prevention Month, and I want to remind us of something important: strong people need checking on too.
Some people have mastered smiling while hurting, serving while struggling, and encouraging others while privately fighting to encourage themselves.
As a pastor, I believe in prayer. I believe in the power of God. But I also believe asking for help is not a lack of faith. God can use prayer, community, counseling, doctors, family, and trusted friends as part of the healing process.
This month, let’s listen closer, love deeper, judge less, and check on each other intentionally.
And if life feels unbearably heavy right now, please don’t suffer silently. Your life matters. Your presence matters. Your story is not finished.
Choose life. Choose help. Choose to stay.
If you’re in crisis, call or text 988.”
