October is celebrated as the month of the Rosary.

The rosary acts as a physical tracker for the person praying it and allows us to reflect on Jesus' life and resurrection and is a devotion to Mary.

At Iowa Catholic, the rosary is so integral to what we do here. From rosaries before each daily Mass to daily rosary walks on campus, it is present within the walls of the Newman Center and beyond.

Its prominence in the community here led us to create the Iowa Catholic Rosary Club, the monthly giving program that supports students at the Newman Center to be formed into Bold, Loving, and Unstoppable disciples of Christ.

Our students had the BEST time at YMCA Camp Wapsie on our fall undergraduate retreat!

Thank you to everyone who donated to our retreat campaign and helped make the retreat possible. We simply can't do it without your help, and for that we are so grateful.

That being said, we are still short on our retreat campaign goal! There is still time to donate to the Iowa Catholic retreat fund, and you can do so by clicking the link below!
