In 1 Samuel 10, we see Saul hiding among the baggage when God calls him to be king. In his sermon on Sunday, Pastor Mark reminded us that we too can hide from what God is calling us to. But the same God who calls us is the One who equips us. Let us step out in faith this week trusting the Lord and following after him faithfully.

Hannah’s song in 1 Samuel 2:1-11 reminds us that God sees the lowly, lifts the humble, and writes a better story than we ever could! Pastor Mark reminded us on Sunday that because of what Christ has done for us, we too can worship like Hannah in any circumstance.
