WEEK 22 — NOT JUST CONVERTS, DISCIPLES
Meditation Scripture (NLT)
Matthew 28:19–20
“Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations… Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you.”

Devotional Reflection
Jesus’ final instruction was not about gathering crowds but forming disciples. Conversion begins the journey, but discipleship sustains it. Rebuilding requires movement from decision to devotion.
Discipleship is intentional and relational. It involves teaching, modeling, and accountability. Jesus did not rush transformation He invested in people over time.
In our lives, this scripture challenges us to pursue growth beyond belief. Disciples obey, follow, and reflect Christ in daily life. Faith matures through practice, not proximity.
For the church, this is a clarifying mandate. RCC is not measured solely by numbers, but by spiritual formation. Healthy disciples build healthy communities.
Discipleship is the framework that sustains rebuilding.

Weekly Challenge
This week, move from belief to obedience.
• Identify one command of Jesus you can practice intentionally.
• Invite accountability to support your growth.

WEEK 21 — ROOTED BEFORE YOU’RE RAISED
Meditation Scripture (NLT)
Colossians 2:6–7
“Just as you accepted Christ Jesus as your Lord, you must continue to follow him. Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him.”

Devotional Reflection
Paul reminds believers that growth begins underground. Roots form before fruit appears, and stability develops before visibility. Rebuilding discipleship requires patience, depth, and intentional connection to Christ.
Many people desire elevation without preparation. But God prioritizes roots over recognition. When our lives are deeply rooted in Christ, storms may shake us, but they will not uproot us.
In personal rebuilding, this scripture calls us to consistency. Spiritual maturity is formed through daily devotion, prayer, and obedience not occasional inspiration. What grows deep lasts long.
For the church, this passage underscores the importance of discipleship pathways that cultivate depth, not just attendance. RCC rebuilds strongest when members are rooted in Christ, not dependent on personalities.
Strong roots produce lasting growth.

Weekly Challenge
This week, deepen your roots.
• Commit to a daily rhythm of Scripture and prayer.
• Eliminate one distraction that weakens spiritual consistency.

WEEK 20 — GOD BUILDS THROUGH PEOPLE, NOT PREFERENCES
Meditation Scripture (NLT)
1 Peter 2:5
“And you are living stones that God is building into his spiritual temple.”

Devotional Reflection
God’s building material has always been people. He does not construct His kingdom around preferences, personalities, or comfort. He builds with living stones shaped by obedience.
Living stones must be flexible. God positions, reshapes, and aligns us for His purpose. Rebuilding often requires releasing preferences so God’s design can take form.
In our lives, this scripture challenges us to remain teachable. Growth requires adaptability. God uses yielded people to accomplish eternal work.
For the church, this is a reminder that RCC’s strength is not found in programs alone, but in people willing to be shaped for God’s glory.
God builds lasting work through surrendered lives.

Weekly Challenge
This week, submit to God’s shaping.
• Identify one preference God may be asking you to release.
• Pray daily, “Lord, position me where You need me.”
