Thank you to everyone who stayed after church Sunday to help mulch and prepare our playground.
What may look like yard work is really part of making space for kids and families to feel welcomed, cared for, and at home at Independence Hill.
We’re grateful for every person who gave their time, energy, and effort to help prepare this space for what God is doing next.
Thank you for serving so faithfully.

Today we prayed over students stepping into classrooms, teachers carrying the weight of a new year, and administrators leading through everything this school year will bring. We also had the joy of welcoming new members into our church family.

And through it all, we were reminded of this truth: God has given us a living hope.

We do not know exactly what this school year will hold. We do not know every challenge, every victory, or every unexpected turn ahead.

But we know the character of God.

He is faithful. He is good. He is present.

So even when we cannot see the outcome, we can remain deeply rooted in hope.
