An explosion and fire was reported at or near hotels on Palm Jumeirah and close to central landmarks! Iran has framed the strikes on Gulf Cities as aim at “US Facilities” and military and security centers”.
UAE Authorities have shut airspace, suspended flights at Dubai airports!
Beloved saints, Scripture reminds us not to be afraid:
“When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee.” Isaiah 43:2.
This is not a time for fear, but for faith. The Church has always thrived even in moments of global uncertainty because our confidence is not in earthly systems but in the sovereign protection of Almighty God.
As your Jurisdictional Prelate, I want you to know:
You are not forgotten. You are covered in prayer.
You are part of a global body standing with you in unity.
We are praying specifically: For divine protection over every COGIC family in the UAE For peace and stabilization throughout the Gulf region For wisdom among national and international leaders For comfort for those affected by injury, loss, or fear And for the continued witness of the Church to shine as a light in this hour.
Let the saints continue in prayer, fellowship, and encouragement one toward another. Check on your neighbors. Strengthen your congregations. Let our churches remain places of hope, stability, and spiritual refuge.
Remember the words of our Lord:
“Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you… Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” John 14:27
