It’s Good Friday.

Today is a reminder of the greatest sacrifice ever made. Not out of obligation…but out of love for us.

Jesus chose the cross.
He chose the pain.
He chose you.

Even on your worst day.
Even in your mess.
Even when you feel unworthy.

That kind of love changes everything.

So today, take a moment. Be still. Be grateful.

Because what looked like the end…was really the beginning of hope, grace, and new life.

Maundy Thursday isn’t just a moment to remember… it’s an invitation to reflect. A table where love was given. A towel where humility was shown. A garden where surrender was chosen.

Before the cross… there was service. there was sacrifice. there was love that stayed. “Love one another as I have loved you.” — John 13:34

Tonight, slow down and sit with that love. Let it shape your heart, your posture, your life.

GVUMC - Sunday Worship CANCELED due to impending inclement weather.
