Last night at Faith & Family Night, we talked about something every follower of Jesus will eventually face:

What if they ask HARD questions? 🤔

Questions about God. Questions about the Bible. Questions we may not immediately know how to answer. And we learned that we don’t have to be afraid of the hard questions—and we don’t have to have every answer. We can listen well, love people well, keep learning, and point people back to Jesus. ❤️

đź‘Ł BECOMING A DISCIPLE

Yesterday at Hope Community, we talked about what it really means to follow Jesus. Jesus didn’t simply call people to believe in Him—He called them to FOLLOW HIM. To learn from Him. To walk with Him. To become more like Him. And then to help someone else do the same.

Being a disciple isn’t about having everything figured out. It’s choosing, day after day, to say, “Jesus, I’m following You.”

And the beautiful part? We don’t walk alone. We learn together, grow together, encourage one another, and help one another take the next step. That’s the kind of DISCIPLE we want to be.

What a great Faith & Family Night last night at Hope Community! There’s just something special about sitting around the table, sharing a meal, laughing together, and then opening God’s Word as a church family.

Our conversation centered around “What If They Disagree?” We talked about how we can stand firm in what we believe while still responding to others with grace, love, humility, and truth. We don’t have to win every argument—we’re called to represent Jesus well.

Thank you to everyone who came, ate, asked questions, shared, and grew with us. This is what community looks like—food, faith, family, and growing together!

WHY CHURCH ON SUNDAYS? ⛪❤️

Because having your kids in the house of the Lord matters.

Every week, our children are being shaped by what they see, hear, and experience. Sunday is an opportunity to intentionally put them in a place where they hear about Jesus, experience worship, learn God’s Word, and are surrounded by people who love them and point them toward Him.

Parents, never underestimate what God can do through the simple faithfulness of bringing your children to church week after week.

“Train up a child in the way he should go…” — Proverbs 22:6

❤️ Bring them.
❤️ Worship with them.
❤️ Let them see you follow Jesus.

What does it really look like to walk like Jesus? This Sunday, we’re talking about the one thing that should mark every follower of Jesus: LOVE. ❤️

Not just loving the people who love us.
Not just loving when it’s easy.
But loving like Jesus loves—with grace, compassion, patience, forgiveness, and action.

Jesus said, “By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” — John 13:35

There’s something powerful about choosing community—showing up, sitting around the table together, opening the Word of God, asking questions, and growing in our faith side by side.

SUNDAY AT HOPE COMMUNITY | PRACTICING PRAYER

This Sunday, we didn’t just learn about prayer—we learned to practice prayer. When Jesus taught His disciples to pray, He showed us where prayer begins:

🙌 His Name — Hallowed be Your name. There is power in a name—how much more in the Name of God.

👑 His Kingdom — Your Kingdom come. Prayer teaches us to stop fighting for our kingdom and start fighting for His.

❤️ His Will — Your will be done. Before we ever get to what we need, Jesus teaches us to surrender to what He wants.

And then we bring our needs to Him with complete dependence:

🍞 Daily bread — God, provide what I need today.
🤍 Forgiveness — God, forgive me and help me forgive others.
🧭 Guidance — God, lead me.
🛡️ Deliverance — God, protect me.

Prayer isn’t about finding the perfect words. It’s learning to turn our hearts toward God and say: Your Name. Your Kingdom. Your Will.
Give me what I need. Forgive me. Lead me. Protect me.

This week, don’t just talk about prayer.

This Sunday at 10 AM, we’re continuing our Walking with Jesus series as we talk about something Jesus modeled over and over again -PRAYER. 🙏

Jesus made space to get away, get quiet, and spend time with the Father. This Sunday, we’re not just going to talk about prayer—we’re going to learn how to PRACTICE PRAYER in our everyday lives.

**AND WEDNESDAY NIGHTS ARE BACK!**
Join us each Wednesday for a night of food, faith, questions, and community!
