River Birch plans are to run regular scheduled hours on Wednesday and Thursday. As we will continue to watch the storm closely. We encourage all residents to secure all carts left at the curb. 🇺🇸 Fourth of July Garbage Collection Update 🇺🇸

River Birch Renewable Energy will be providing normal garbage collection service on Saturday, July 4th.

To help our crews complete routes safely and efficiently, collection will begin at 3:00 AM. Please have all garbage and trash placed at the curb the night before to ensure your pickup is not missed.

We are still working on Monday's service area. Due to double collection volumes and federal regulations regarding driver hours, some areas may not be serviced today. If your garbage was not collected today, please leave your can at the curb. We will return tomorrow morning to service all missed areas.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as our crews work to complete all routes safely.

Due to today's severe weather conditions and flooding on several streets throughout our service area, we are canceling all garbage collection services for today to ensure the safety of our employees and residents.

Customers on the Monday/Thursday collection schedule will have today's missed pickup serviced on their next scheduled collection day, Monday.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate these weather-related challenges. Please stay safe and avoid flooded roadways whenever possible.
