Father, the pace of life in our societies and cultures is often hectic, frenetic, and harrowing. We are constantly navigating the blurred lines between business and busyness, and the loss of recognizing when to stop, pause, rest, and be still. Holy Spirit teach me, lead me, guide me, and condition me to know the pace God has set for me for this life, and to rest, be still, and trust Him that I will accomplish all that is essential. Constantly show me the difference between busyness and business, and how to attend to the latter and avoid the former. Strengthen me to grow, develop, mature, and deepen in this through faithfully following Jesus every day, in Christ's Name, Amen!!
