Only listen to qualified critics

Forgive, some don’t know what they are doing

Don’t be their mouth piece by repeating it.

Don’t allow your mind to dwell on it...don’t water the seeds by meditating on it.

Bind the devil behind it.

Build yourself up accusations steal energy.

If you decide to deal with the opposition. Decide what you are going to say and what you are going to do, and keep it.
