Shenango Valley Faith Academy was established in 2003 by concerned Christian parents in Mercer and Lawrence counties who desired a quality alternative for educating their children. We believe that the ultimate goal of Christian

Education is to move students of all ages into a deeper and more intimate relationship with Jesus Christ. We strive to provide quality Christ-centered education to students utilizing the Accelerated Christian Education model, which is goal-centered and individualized to allow each student to excel at a rate commensurate with his or her skill level. Mastery of the subject matter is emphasized and students move on in the curriculum only when ready. All of our teachers are college educated and have been professionally trained by ACE Ministries (Accelerated Christian Education). When enrolled, each child receives placement testing to ensure the best educational opportunities are provided. Our biblically based, accelerated curriculum is designed to educate children in a nontraditional classroom setting. The classroom is set up in learning stations. Each child also has an individual space, which they may decorate. Specialty classes such as chapel, art, music and physical education are offered on a weekly basis. Frequent special assemblies and field trips add to the variety of your student’s educational experience.
