Parishioners: another reminder that all Masses and Confessions on Saturday, May 30 (tomorrow) are canceled due to the priest ordinations.

So join us on Sunday! Fr. Daniel’s first Mass will be the 10 a.m. Mass (English) , and Fr. Juan’s first Mass will be the 1:45 p.m. (Spanish). How blessed are we to get not one but TWO first Masses at our parish — and in the same day. All glory and praise to God!

**Both new priests will offer first blessings to all parishioners directly following both Masses, downstairs in the St. Francis Room.

Feligreses: Les recordamos una vez más que todas las Misas y Confesiones del sábado 30 de mayo (mañana) quedan canceladas debido a las ordenaciones sacerdotales.
¡Así que acompáñennos el domingo! La primera Misa del Padre Daniel será la de las 10:00 a. m. (en inglés), y la primera Misa del Padre Juan será la de la 1:45 p. m. (en español). ¡Cuán bendecidos somos al tener no una, sino DOS primeras Misas en nuestra parroquia, y en un mismo día! ¡Toda la gloria y la alabanza sean para Dios!

**Ambos nuevos sacerdotes impartirán sus primeras bendiciones a todos los feligreses inmediatamente después de ambas misas, en la planta baja, en la Sala San Francisco.

The Knights of Columbus’ annual Spring Bake Sale will be held May 31 after all Masses! All proceeds from the bake sale benefit pro-life organizations supported by the Knights. Parishioners, please plan on baking to donate — and then purchase your favorite treat after all Masses that weekend (before you head downstairs to the St. Francis Room to receive First Blessings from newly-ordained priests, future Fr. Juan and Fr. Daniel)!

What a beautiful evening it was on May 15, when 90 teens from our parish received the Sacrament of Confirmation, the final Sacrament of initiation into the Catholic Church. Congratulations to them all!

MAY 20 ~ Change in Mass & Confession schedule:

Parishioners, on Wednesday, May 20, the 8th grade Graduation Mass for the Immaculata Catholic School Class of 2026 will be celebrated at 5:30 p.m.

This means there will be no Confessions that evening and no 6:30 p.m. Mass. All are welcome to instead join in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass at 5:30!

The Diocese of Charlotte will ordain a record 10 priests on May 30, the largest ordination class in diocesan history and one that is continuing a trend of growth in vocations.

The record-breaking class fills diocesan Vocations Director Father John Eckert with gratitude for all those who have been involved in helping these young men.
