Blue Ridge Prison and Jail Ministries We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit inter-denominational evangelical ministry. We do not receive funding from federal, state, city, or county funds.

We are a local mission that is completely dependent on the generosity of churches and individuals. Our Vision:

To minister in prayer to men and women, by way of identifying the deep-rooted needs that leads to destructive behavior and provide biblical and ethical solutions in order to break the cycle and provide a new way of life. To do our part to enforce, enhance, and complete the overall purpos

e and duty of our judicial and penal system. To not only incarcerate but also rehabilitate. Our Goal:

To reach inmates and their families across our state.

Hey Henderson county great news. If you are a approved Volunteer with the Henderson County Jail, the jail has officially opened for Volunteer programs to start back up. The times are 7pm to 11pm on Tuesday and Thursdays. If you feel led to Volunteer check out our website or give us a call at the office and we will get back with you. Thanks for you prayers and support during this difficult season. Shout out to the Henderson County Detention Center and all their staff and administration for making this happen. God Bless and Shine His Light where ever you go.

Special shout out to these wonderful people.
The student's and Principal Jennifer from the Upward Adventist School who donated 336 bibles to the Ministry. This is the result of a class project "bibles for prisoners " .

Another shout out to Pastor Gash and the Speak Life Community Church who donated Recovery Bibles for the inmates of the Henderson County Jail.

God is moving in mighty ways, thank you so much for your prayers and support.
