With grateful hearts, we want to express our sincere appreciation to everyone who made our Pastors’ Appreciation celebration such a meaningful and memorable occasion.

Thank you for your love, prayers, encouraging words, thoughtful gifts, and generous expressions of appreciation. We are deeply touched by your kindness and generosity.

Apostle Paul reminds the church to honor those who labor in spiritual leadership and the ministry of God's Word. Your expressions of love are a beautiful demonstration of this biblical principle.

We consider it a great privilege and blessing to serve the Lord alongside you. Our greatest joy in ministry is not the recognition we receive, but seeing God's people growing in faith, loving one another, and serving Christ faithfully.

May the Lord richly bless you for your generosity, strengthen our fellowship, and continue to use us all for His glory.

Solomon had just become king of Israel and he ask the Lord not for wealth, long life, or victory over his enemies. Instead, he asked for wisdom to lead God's people.

1. Wisdom Begins with Humility
Solomon recognized his limitations. Although he was king, he knew he could not lead God's people effectively without divine guidance. No matter how experienced or knowledgeable we become, we still need God's wisdom.

2. Wisdom Requires a Listening Heart
The Hebrew expression translated “understanding heart” literally conveys the idea of a hearing heart—one that listens attentively and responds with discernment. Before making decisions, we must learn to listen to God's Word, seek His guidance in prayer, and consider godly counsel.

3. Wisdom Is Given for Serving Others
Solomon did not ask for wisdom merely for personal success. He desired to govern God's people justly. God gives us knowledge, abilities, and opportunities so that we may serve others faithfully.

James 1:5 (NKJV)
“If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.”

We spend our lives pursuing wealth, success, pleasure, education, and recognition. Yet none of these things can guarantee lasting satisfaction. After examining the experiences and pursuits of life, the Preacher in Ecclesiastes arrives at one final conclusion:
"Fear God and keep His commandments, For this is man's all." Eccl 12:13

1. Fear God (v. 13)
To fear God means to reverence, honor, and acknowledge Him as the supreme authority over our lives. It means recognizing that life is not ultimately about us, but about Him.

2. Obey God (v. 13)
Reverence for God must be demonstrated through obedience. We cannot genuinely honor God while deliberately disregarding His Word.
Our love for God should be evident in our daily conduct, relationships, work, and service.
Jesus said in John 14:15: "If you love Me, keep My commandments."

3. Remember God's Judgment (v. 14)
God will bring every work into judgment, including things done in secret. People may see our outward actions, but God knows our hearts and motives. This truth should encourage us to live with integrity, even when nobody is watching.

“Sowing in Tears, Reaping with Joy”

This psalm reminds us that serving God is not always easy. Sometimes ministry involves tears, sacrifices, discouragement, and waiting. Yet God promises hope to those who faithfully persevere.

1. Faithful Service Sometimes Involves Tears.
“He who continually goes forth weeping…”
Serving the Lord does not guarantee a life free from difficulties. We may experience rejection, disappointment, and discouragement. But our tears do not mean our labor is fruitless.

2. Faithful Servants Keep Sowing.
“Bearing seed for sowing…”
Even while weeping, the servant continues to sow. The seed reminds us of God's Word, the gospel, and the labor of discipleship.
We must continue preaching, teaching, praying, witnessing, and making disciples—even when immediate results are not visible.

3. Faithful Labor Brings a Joyful Harvest.
“Shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, Bringing his sheaves with him.”
The psalmist pictures the joy of harvest after difficult planting. God is able to bring fruit from faithful labor, often in ways and at times we do not expect.

As Paul writes in Galatians 6:9: “And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.”

“That You May Believe and Have Life”

John tells us his purpose in writing the gospel clearly: That we may believe Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing, we may have eternal life in His name.

1. Know Who Jesus Is
John recorded the miracles, teachings, death, and resurrection of Jesus to reveal His true identity. Jesus is not merely a great teacher, a prophet, or a miracle worker. He is the promised Messiah, the Son of the living God.

2. Believe in Jesus Personally
It is possible to know many things about Jesus without personally trusting Him.
Saving faith is more than knowing biblical facts or attending church. It means placing our confidence in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior.

3. Experience the Life That Jesus Gives
Jesus came not merely to improve our earthly lives, but to give us eternal life.
Eternal life begins when we believe in Christ. It brings us into a living relationship with God and gives us the promise of everlasting fellowship with Him.

Jesus said in John 10:10:
“I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.”
True life is not found in possessions, achievements, or religion, but in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

The Greek word 'Tetelestai' means “It has been accomplished,” “It has been completed,” or “It is finished.”

Jesus was not announcing defeat. He was declaring victory!

1. The Work of Redemption Was Completed.
Jesus accomplished the mission for which the Father sent Him—to give His life as a sacrifice for our sins.
Hebrews 10:12 — Christ offered one sacrifice for sins forever.

2. The Price of Sin Was Fully Paid.
Through His death on the cross, Jesus paid the penalty for our sins. Salvation is not something we can earn through good works; it is God's gift of grace received through faith in Christ.
Ephesians 1:7 — “In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins...”

3. The Way to God Was Opened.
Because of Christ's finished work, believers can approach God with confidence. His sacrifice provides forgiveness and reconciliation with God.
