Genesis 24: 19
And when she had done giving him drink, she said, I will draw water for thy camels also, until they have done drinking

Abraham’s servant was impressed with the remarkable kindness that Rebekah showed to him by offering water not only to him but to his 10 camels as well. Her example can be a reminder for everybody to always be kind to others.

Why would the Lord’s commandment to sacrifice Isaac have been hard for Abraham to keep?

Genesis 22: 12,16
12 And he said, Lay not thine hand upon the lad, neither do thou any thing unto him: for now I know that thou fearest God, seeing thou hast not withheld thy son, thine only son from me.

16 And said, By myself have I sworn, saith the Lord, for because thou hast done this thing, and hast not withheld thy son, thine only son

Abraham was willing to sacrifice his son according to commandment of God. Because he trusted and loved God. And, so did Isaac.
Also this was a test to see if Abraham love God or not. Not only to see if he loved God but also it was similitud to the sacrifice Jesus Christ.

"And he said, Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac, whom thou lovest, and get thee into the land of Moriah; and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which I will tell thee of."

Have you ever been asked to do something hard for the lord? There's always a reason for the things God asks us to do, but when we follow his commandments we are blessed. Abraham's life was saved many times by the lord. He was prosperous. He was able to have great posterity. For every commandment there is a blessing.

Genesis 12 2-3
2 And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:
3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.

God’s covenant with Abraham promised wonderful blessings: an inheritance of land, a large posterity, access to priesthood ordinances, and a name that would be honored for generations to come. But the focus of this covenant was not just on the blessings Abraham and his family would receive but also on the blessing they would be to the rest of God’s children. “Thou shalt be a blessing,” God declared, “and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed”.

Deu 6:4-5
4 O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord:
5 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might

I have firm testimony that this is my Lord and my Savior and I will love him with all my heart, soul, and might. Even to the end of times.
