Friends! It’s officially a week till General Conference! But who’s counting?!

“If you are a young single adult, this post is for you. If you are not, please share this post with the sharpest young single adult you know.

This summer will be historic because the youth in the United States and Canada will be experiencing For the Strength of Youth (FSY) conferences for the first time. We are talking about 150,000 youth! They will spend five days filled with spiritually uplifting classes and devotionals, along with fun social activities they will not soon forget. The only way this will happen is if we can recruit 3,000 young single adults to serve as counselors. They will receive a weekly allowance (up to $475 per week) and will gain excellent leadership skills that will prove valuable in their futures. Most important of all, they will become heroes and mentors to the youth and make a huge difference in their lives.

We are especially in need of male applicants so if you are a young single adult woman who is applying, tell some of your single male friends to apply with you. Being an FSY counselor is a truly wonderful opportunity to meet and make lifelong connections with other young single people. (And who knows? You just may meet that special someone in the process.) WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF YOU HAD MORE FAITH? || “The Lord understands our mortal weakness. We all falter at times. But He also knows of our great potential. The mustard seed starts small but grows into a tree large enough for birds to nest in its branches. The mustard seed represents a small but growing faith.
The Lord does not require perfect faith for us to have access to His perfect power. But He does ask us to believe.

My dear brothers and sisters, my call to you this Easter morning is to start today to increase your faith. Through your faith, Jesus Christ will increase your ability to move the mountains in your life, even though your personal challenges may loom as large as Mount Everest.

Truly, faith is the power that enables the unlikely to accomplish the impossible.

Faith in Jesus Christ is the greatest power available to us in this life. All things are possible to them that believe.

Hello all. Another semester has started so Institute classes are open again. Missionary Prep is Wednesday nights 7pm. Book of Mormon Thursday Night 7pm, Day classes M/W 12 D&C, T/TH Doctrines of the Gospel. Hope to see you there :)
