Thank you Rev. Deacon Broberg for a thoughtful Pentecost sermon reminding us of the gifts of the Holy Spirit.

At Pentecost, the Holy Spirit broke every barrier — language, culture, distance — and revealed God’s heart for the whole world. It is a love that refuses to stay small. A love meant for every tribe, every tongue, every people. The Spirit still moves this way today, gathering us into one Body and one hope in Jesus Christ.

We welcome to our sanctuary at 1 PM on Sundays, Saint Gabriel The Archangel Anglo-Catholic Church.

O ALMIGHTY God, we give thee humble thanks for that thou hast been graciously pleased to preserve, through the great pain and peril of childbirth, this woman, thy servant, who desireth now to offer her praises and thanksgivings unto thee. Grant, we beseech thee, most merciful Father, that she, through thy help, may both faithfully live and walk according to thy will in this life present, and also may be partaker of everlasting glory in the life to come; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Reverend Tufton's sermon for The Fourth Sunday in Easter (May 3, 2026) was about the importance of making the Holy Spirit a daily part of our lives.

Sermon from Rev. Deacon Broberg on a beautiful Third Sunday in Easter.

04/21/2026

When asked by the Pharisees “who He was,” Jesus responded, saying, “I am the good shepherd.” For the Second Sunday After Easter, Reverend Tufton preached about the love, purity, and comfort from those words.

God has given us the greatest gift imaginable (salvation) with the greatest sacrifice in history (Jesus' death upon the cross). We need to give back. Reverend Tufton's sermon for the first Sunday after Easter (April 12) focuses on this need and the way we are to do it - spread His word.
