This is the thing…

“11 Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. 2 This is what the ancients were commended for.”
- Heb 11:1

Glimpses of grace…

it’s not unusual to look for a miracle. There’s something that God is put deep within us where we search for the divine and this can be a beautiful thing.

However, perhaps the divine is not so far away from us.

👉Today…
- Count the miracles, but don’t look over the ones right in front of you
- Look at the sunrise and consider. Look at your kids and think. Ponder upon the realities of all the provision that has not come by your own hand and see the miracle.
- These are glimpses of Grace that God gives us each day if we would only “see.”

Blessings, friends!

Care & Share Sunday

👉WHEN: June 7, 2026, after the 11am Service
👉WHERE: Fellowship Hall
👉WHAT: Come give, come take, and come be a part of something good. After service on June 7th, we are opening up the Fellowship Hall for our Caring & Sharing Sunday — a chance for our church family to share what they have with those who need it.

We will have clothing, household items, youth clothes, and toys available for anyone who needs them. If you need something, come grab it. No questions asked, no forms to fill out. Just take what you need and pass the blessing on.

✅A few things to know:

- Underwear donations must be new — all other items can be gently used.
- We are NOT accepting furniture
- Whatever remains after the event will be donated to Presbyterian Night Shelter and Seven Hills Elementary School.

🙂If you know someone in need, this is a great opportunity — invite them to church that Sunday and let them know what is available. The more the merrier.

For questions, stop by the Missions Kiosk on Sunday morning or reach out directly: [email protected]

Let’s love our neighbors well.

Life is a Battlefield…

👉Let’s live with this mindset & wake up each day ready to push back darkness & lean into the light.

The Armor of God
10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.

Blessings, friends!

“You have to be broken, before you can be formed.”

Sometimes God’s greatest blessings come after our longest nights of struggle. When we’re broken and tired from trying our own way, that’s when we finally give God the opportunity to work miracles in our lives.

👉This Sunday…

Part 2 | Between the Wind & a Hand (Matthew 14:22–33)

See you Sunday!

June 26th–27th, LPS Students are heading out for the Devoted Retreat! This is a weekend of worship, community, service, and so much fun.

Acts 2:42 will be the vision for the weekend: “They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.”

“But because you say so…”
- Luke 5:5

Peter had his problems, but like King David, confession and compliance to God‘s will always won at the end of the day.

👉Today:
- What do you need to drop to follow Jesus fully?
- Where do you need to say like Peter, “Because you say so…”
