In our small groups this morning, the parable of the lost son in Luke 15 reminded us that God is a loving Father who celebrates when we come back to Him! Our K-2nd grade class had fun reviewing the story with a balloon game and celebrating the wonderful truth that we are always welcomed home by our Father. 💛🎈

🌿💦 What an incredible week at Rainforest Falls VBS! 💦🌿
Our Rainforest Falls adventure has come to an end, but we are so thankful for all God did throughout the week!

💚 We welcomed 84 children and preteens who joined us for Bible adventures, worship, games, crafts, science, snacks, and lots of rainforest fun. We met new families, reconnected with old friends, and watched new friendships grow.

Throughout the week, our explorers discovered three amazing truths about God:
🌎 God is our Creator! Everything He made reveals His power, wisdom, and goodness.
🐸 God knows everything! He knows each one of us completely and loves us deeply.
❤️ God is love! Through Jesus' death and resurrection, we learned that God's faithful love never ends.

None of this would have been possible without our incredible volunteers who generously gave their time, energy, and love to serve these children. Thank you for helping create a fun, safe, well fed, and Christ-centered week where kids could experience the truth of God's Word.

We also want to thank every family who trusted us with your children this week. It was a joy to laugh, learn, worship, and grow together.

As we leave the rainforest, our prayer is that every child will continue to remember these truths long after VBS is over:
God made me. God knows me. God loves me.
