Today is a bittersweet day for our church family as we celebrate the retirement of Linda Schultz on her final day serving as our Guest Services Director after 22 incredible years.
For so many people, Linda is the very first smile they see when they walk through our doors. Whether someone is brand new, returning after time away, or here every single week, she has a way of making people feel seen, cared for, and truly welcome. Linda never treats people like strangers. She welcomes people the same way she welcomes someone into her own home.
Her kindness, warmth, and servant heart help shape the culture of Immanuel every single week. Through the way she loves people so intentionally, countless individuals experience not just a friendly face, but the love of Christ and the feeling of being part of the family of God.
Linda, thank you for the countless conversations, hugs, encouragement, prayers, and moments of care you pour into this church family. Your impact reaches far beyond what most people will ever realize, and we are so grateful for you.
