The Gurnee Community Church building will be CLOSED Monday, April 20 and Tuesday, April 21 at least. Whether we re-open on Wednesday or not depends on how fast the water recedes. Our apologies to the local community groups who use our building and our thanks to Rick Block Photography for this great shot of GCC Island!

This was the view of our South parking lot at 3pm Saturday. Since then the waters have risen further and the east parking lot is also mostly under water. All road entrances to the church from Old Grand Avenue, and O'Plaine are closed, and Grand Avenue is also closed by the church.

As a result the GCC building will be closed Sunday, April 19 and Monday, April 20. We will be livestreaming a Worship service at 10:45am on Sunday at the link below. Hope to see you online!
