Dear believers,
In a world filled with competing voices, here are four reasons you need the church this Sunday:
First, in place of the world’s clamor for your attention, you need the voice of Christ through the preaching of His Word. His truth anchors us.
Second, instead of joining the chorus of outrage, you need the chorus of gratitude—God’s people singing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs with hearts set on Him.
Third, rather than venting your anxieties online, you need the sacred space to bring your burdens and longings before God in prayer—surrounded by those who will pray with you.
And fourth, in a world that demands your loyalty to its tribes, you already belong. You belong to Christ. You belong in the fellowship of the saints.
So gather with others in church this morning.
You need the church. And the church needs you.
