Beaver Cross Ministries, an outreach of the Episcopal Diocese of Albany, is dedicated to offering youth from all walks of life, opportunities to encounter the Lord Jesus Christ in a real way through both Summer Camp and year-round Youth Ministry! Beaver Cross Overnight Camp and Day Camp, located in Greenwich, NY, less than 20 miles from Saratoga Springs, provide youth, grades K-12, opportunities t

o explore and deepen their faith. Through dynamic Biblical teaching, fellowship in a Christian community, and awesome camp activities, new friendships are created and old ones rekindled as BC Campers laugh and learn together in an environment devoted to faith, friendship and fun! ✨ Give A Screen Break ✨

For many campers, Beaver Cross is one of the few places where they can truly unplug. Away from notifications, scrolling, and constant screen time, campers rediscover the joy of real connection — laughing with friends, exploring outdoors, playing games, worshiping together, and being fully present in the moment. ❤️

Camp gives kids and teens the chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and experience the world beyond a screen. It’s amazing what can happen when young people trade devices for campfires, conversations, adventures, and faith-filled community.

More than half of our campers attend through some form of scholarship assistance, and this year every dollar currently in our scholarship fund has already been given out to help campers come to camp.

When you give to the Beaver Cross Scholarship Fund, you are giving more than a week at camp. You are giving rest, connection, adventure, and a meaningful break from the digital noise of everyday life.

Say hello to Napoleon, one of our returning staff members at Beaver Cross this summer!

Napoleon brings a steady and thoughtful presence to the Beaver Cross team. As a returning staff member, he values the traditions and moments that make camp special, especially “Love Round,” a song that became a meaningful part of last summer.
Nap also enjoys sports and appreciates how they bring people together, whether through teamwork, friendly competition, or just having fun outside. He’s excited to spend time with campers, build connections, and be part of another summer centered on faith, friendship, and growth.

Even canteen can be a “holy” place. We’re happy to report this was the only camp building impacted by the storm. Staff have already begun arriving, many more will be in the air shortly, and we can’t wait to be all together to do this amazing work we call camp! Please keep our summer in prayers.

Say hello to Jaiden, one of our newest staff members at Beaver Cross this summer!

Jaiden is bringing a passion for faith, sports, and mentoring young people to the Beaver Cross team. A former camper himself, he has spent years participating in outdoor adventures, athletics, and youth programs. From leading games and swimming activities to sharing the Gospel with campers, Jaiden is excited to help create a summer filled with fun, friendship, and spiritual growth.

“I’m looking forward to being active in sports, swimming, and field trips this summer. While leading others in activities and the Gospel, I hope to strengthen my own relationship with Jesus. I am excited to spend time with family, new friends, and loved ones.”

Teenagers today carry so much on their shoulders — pressure, stress, schedules, expectations, and constant noise from the world around them. Camp gives them something many desperately need: the chance to simply be kids again. ❤️

At Beaver Cross, teens laugh around campfires, play games in open fields, stay up talking with cabin friends, unplug from distractions, and experience joy, freedom, and belonging in a Christ-centered community.

More than half of our campers attend through some form of scholarship assistance, and this year every dollar currently in our scholarship fund has already been given out to help campers come to camp.

Say hello to Grace, one of our newest staff members at Beaver Cross this summer! ☀️

Joining Beaver Cross for the very first time, Grace is excited to dive into camp life and become part of the Beaver Cross community. She brings a passion for working with children, a love for the outdoors, and a creative spirit to camp. As a psychology student at SUNY New Paltz with a minor in studio art, she hopes to pursue art therapy and is excited to share her gifts through arts & crafts, nature exploration, and meaningful connections with campers. With experience providing childcare and leading activities for elementary-aged students, Grace is ready to help create a fun, supportive, and faith-filled summer for everyone at Beaver Cross.

The sound of laughter fills Beaver Cross every summer — from silly campfire skits and messy games to inside jokes in the cabin and unforgettable moments with new friends. Camp gives kids the chance to simply be kids: to laugh freely, feel joyfully included, and make memories they’ll carry for years to come. ❤️
