Every day at All for One Ministries, there are lives being impacted in ways both seen and unseen.

Through biblical counseling, Connect classes, Generation Hope, community outreach initiatives, The Branch Gathering Place + Coffee House, Little Branch, discipleship opportunities, prayer support, and partnerships throughout our community, our mission remains the same: helping people move toward wholeness in Christ.

Some people connect through counseling.
Some through community.
Some over coffee and conversation.
Some through practical support during difficult seasons.

We are grateful to serve alongside so many people, churches, organizations, and families throughout our community.

We’re excited to share that as the counseling arm of All for One Ministries continues to grow, we are currently seeking to add a Biblical Counselor to our team.

This is an independent contractor (1099) role designed for a Christ-centered counselor who is passionate about walking alongside individuals, couples, and families through biblically grounded, relationally driven care.

At All for One, we believe true transformation happens when Scripture is the foundation and counseling is both spiritually rooted and thoughtfully informed by an understanding of human behavior. Our approach is integrative, combining biblical counseling principles with evidence-based tools to support emotional, relational, and spiritual growth.

Counseling within our ministry is non-clinical in nature and focused on identifying and addressing root issues, belief systems, and patterns through a biblical worldview. We aim to be solution-focused, typically engaging in short-term counseling (8–16 sessions), followed by intentional aftercare planning.

We are looking for someone who:
• Has counseling experience, education, and relational skills in walking with others through suffering and growth
• Is committed to a biblical counseling framework while thoughtfully integrating applicable, biblically-reflective psychological tools
• Carries a heart for compassion, truth, and transformation in Christ

One of the sweetest parts of what happens each week through our ministry is getting to walk alongside incredible students like the Life Skills Class from North Decatur High School and their teacher, Ashley Sowders.

Early in the school year, Ashley shared that her students have a wide variety of abilities and wanted opportunities to grow in practical, job-based skills they can carry with them into the future. Since then, these incredible students have become such an important part of our team at The Branch Gathering Place + Coffee House.

They’ve swept and mopped floors, counted inventory, vacuumed rugs, prepared our event space for the many gatherings hosted each week, decorated cup sleeves, organized toys in The Little Branch, and they've done every task with joy, care, and pride. More than the work itself, they brought kindness, laughter, and encouragement into our building every time.

Today was their last day with us for the school year, and we are going to miss them so much this summer. They surprised us with beautiful pictures before they left, and it made our hearts so happy.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to be a part of their story, and we’re cheering them on every step of the way. ❤️

Little Branch was created with local families in mind.

We wanted to create a space where parents, caregivers, and children could gather in a way that feels welcoming, safe, and life-giving. A place where kids can play creatively while parents enjoy conversation, connection, and community.

Over the past few weeks, it has already become such a meaningful part of The Branch, and we are grateful to see families making memories here together.

If you have not visited Little Branch yet, we would love to welcome your family in soon.

Pastors spend countless hours pouring into others spiritually, emotionally, and relationally.

The Pastor Sabbatical Grant was created to support the health and renewal of local church leaders by providing $500 toward a sabbatical opportunity focused on rest, restoration, and spiritual refreshment.

If there is a pastor in our community who has faithfully served others and would benefit from intentional time for renewal, we invite you to nominate them.

Nominations are open through June 6.

05/14/2026

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

At All for One Ministries, we believe caring for mental and emotional health matters deeply because people matter deeply. Scripture reminds us that we are created as whole beings, and our thoughts, emotions, relationships, and spiritual lives are all connected.

Our Christ-centered biblical counseling approach seeks to help individuals and families pursue healing, growth, wisdom, and hope through the truth of God’s Word and compassionate care.

Whether someone is navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship struggles, parenting challenges, or simply feeling overwhelmed, they do not have to walk through it alone.

Healing is possible, and help is available. Find more information and fill out an interest form at: a41ministry.org/counseling
