Our little Rice City Church got some publicity. Wish I was there to ring the bell for him.

Sunday 8/30 — prayer and healing service along with communion.
Our quarterly combined service with Holy Mother of God will bring us together to worship and give praise to God together.

September 11- the church will be open at 11 o’clock and the bell will ring at noon in remembrance of 9/11

October 3 - (?) Turkey Dinner - still on the works

October 4th— blessings of the animals. At 10 AM
Dogs on leashes
Cats in crates
Any and every animals are welcome
But must be confined.
Or, you can bring a picture of the animal. It will be outside.

We are so grateful for family and friends. Today we had a great turnout for the community connections at the hall. Thank you all especially Herold and Chris. With all this heat, they stood outside and bbq the burgers and hotdogs for us.
Due to the heat, we stayed inside. We enjoyed talking, playing table games, and Don serenades us ( Karaoke). We were all shy, but not him. He is such a trooper. We had a great time, great food and wonderful company. I will add pictures tomorrow.
God will continue to bless our small group of members, my family. We got together and had fun. love you all, thank you all for coming. I can named our attendees but I do not want to leave anyone out. Hugs and kisses.

Hi all, thank you for everything, our supper was a great success in June. Our people worked hard for three days.
We have the Community Connection on Saturday, the 8th, 11 to 2. Please bring a school supply to donate for those in need.
We have been so blessed, sometimes we are stuck in our own world and forget what’s going on around us. We have many families who are in need of help, everything donated will go to help those in need through DHS in Foster.
We are a small church but we have God in our hearts. We are caring, loving and respectful. We have a new family who’s been coming to our services. Thank you, because they have four children, hooray, a future for Rice City.
We are getting the children area ready for them and can’t wait to be able to do children’s messages.
I am at the hall on Thursday morning, stop by and meet my Teddy.
We have Bible Study on Wednesday night @ 6:30 PM and on Sunday at 10:45 AM.
I am on the pulpit 3 Sundays out of the month and Rev. Tracey is on 1 Sunday, mostly the third Sunday.
My sermons are more towards a shared sermon. The people are encouraged to answer or shared something that has to do with the topic during the sermon. I believe we learned from each other and from sharing.
I can’t tell you how much the congregation has learned and they are growing in Christ. We are a family. Our service is at 9 AM on Sunday, we would love to see you. Be blessed.

I'm thrilled to report that our Strawberry Supper on June 27th was a resounding success. The first seating was packed with enthusiastic attendees, and everyone left with huge smiles on their faces. I'm deeply grateful to our dedicated congregation for their hard work in making this event truly special. Sorry to have missed it, but I'm already looking forward to the next one.
