It’s Holy Work. 💛
Happy Mother’s Day to every mama walking through every season of motherhood!
Motherhood is one of God’s greatest callings. It’s beautiful, exhausting, stretching, and sacred all at once. It’s waking up tired but still showing up. It’s holding everything together while sometimes feeling like you’re falling apart. It’s laughing one moment and crying the next. Wanting them to grow while wishing they could stay little forever.
In Scripture, we see mothers who carried impossible burdens with unwavering faith. Hannah praying for a child, Mary raising the Savior while carrying the weight of uncertainty, Jochebed trusting God enough to place Moses in the river believing God would protect what she could not. Motherhood has always required faith.
And maybe that’s the real beauty of it: mothers reflect the heart of God more than they realize… nurturing, protecting, comforting, teaching, forgiving, and loving even when it hurts.
Your home may not always feel peaceful, your days may not always feel meaningful, but the seeds you plant in love, patience, and faith matter more than you know.
“The Lord bless you and keep you.” Numbers 6:24
Today we honor the women who hold families together, create precious memories, and love with a strength only God could give.
