Our sister in Christ, Mary Jean Abel, was taken to be with her Savior this past week. Her Visitation and Funeral will be at St. Luke's, Friday, January 2, 2026: 11:00 a.m. Visitation & 12:00 p.m. Christian Funeral.

Mary Jean Abel, age 84, of Remer, MN, passed away with family by her side on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at Grand Itasca Clinic and Hospital, Grand Rapids, MN. Jean was born to John and Alice Gilmer in Barett, MN in 1941. She grew up in the Remer area. After

Join us this Christmas at St. Luke's in Grand Rapids, MN as we worship our Lord Jesus and remember his birth to be our Savior. Multiple times to join us for worship. First this Sunday, Dec. 21 at 10:15 a.m. for our Christmas program (Choir, Soloist, Duets, and Sunday School Children have all prepared to something for this program). Wednesday, Christmas Eve at 6:00 p.m. for Lesson & Carols. Finally, Thursday, Christmas Day at 10:15 a.m. Have a very blessed and merry Christmas as you praise your Savior King.
