"Do-Nut" forget Promotion Sunday, Sept. 6. Kindergartners will begin Kids Church; 7th graders will remain in our service. DONUTS & beverages will be served in the foyer following our worship service. Take time to celebrate and remind the kids and families that God's with them in every stage of life.

BRIEF FOLLOW-UP of our 75th Anniversary Celebration Sunday:
During our celebration on 8/16, time was taken to recognize a handful of faithful members who have served many years at Full Gospel Church. Carol Lee, member of FGC, for 75 years, was given recognition for her years of faithful service to the church and constant love to the Lord. Carol, along with her husband, Edwin, and Carol's family members were the first to become members of Full Gospel Church, in 1951. Throughout the years, Carol was very involved in the church; she led Bible Studies, taught Sunday School and Religious Release classes, led Ladies' Missionary Group, Prayer Groups, Bus Ministry Visitation, etc. Carol loved worshipping the Lord by playing her guitar and singing, whether it be at an adult or kids' setting. She and Ed would always open their home to visiting missionaries. They loved missions. She was very faithful in writing letters to our supporting missionaries, mailing the letters overseas. She has served God and in the church well. Susan Reiten (wife of the late Pastor David Reiten) shared of Carol's faithfulness and presented Carol with a corsage.
