Okay, gotta start posting on the topic for the summer to get the juices flowing. The topic is Redemption! Remember our journey the last few years? Holy Glorious God, Agape Love, Amazing Grace, now...REDEMPTION. We are in the process of brainstorming art for redemption. THIS ISN'T IT. Actually, it's not even close to what we are going to do. But it was an idea I liked. We sometimes brainstorm with ai tools. But after brainstorming we begin the process of orginal creation. This image was one of the brainstorming ideas. It's an AI image generated from the original idea of the cross as a key turning in the latch of our shackles. There's actually a lot to this idea as you consider the atonement which is just one of the parts of Redemption. You read that right. The atonement is just one of the parts that make up redemption. The atonement is possibly one of the most mysterious aspects of our faith because it includes the nature of the incarnation, which is also a mystery. Nevertheless, these are all pieces that reveal the nature of God. Let's agree on something. There is nothing more important than what you believe about God. The very first thing you must know is that he is trustworthy, because the very first thing, and actually, the only thing you do, in regard to salvation, is trust him. In order to consider him trustworthy you must believe he is powerful and good. Romans 1 says creation has enough to show you that. And Hebrews says, “And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.”(Hebrews 11:6)
