We thank Dr. Wayne Seames for filling in on Sunday while Pastor Clay was at Annual Conference. Dr. Seames helped us understand the nature of salvation in Jesus's name. May you be inspired by his message throughout the week.

During Annual Conference, Pastor Clay was able to spend some time with Pastor Doug Diehl who served Zion UMC from 1991-1998. What a joy to spend time with great friends. Even in their brief conversation, Pastor Clay learned a little bit more about the heart of Zion UMC.

Pastor Doug was also recognized as Jubilee Clergy, meaning he has served the United Methodist Church for fifty years. A wonderful milestone!

If you feel like you don't know enough, haven't read enough of the Bible, or just don't feel like you can do anything for God, think again. Jesus didn't wait for the disciples to have it all figured out, and he doesn't need you too, either.
