WOW! For a fantastic Women’s Sunday at HSWC!

“WHO ARE YOU RUNNING FROM”?
📖Psalms 139:8

Welcome to the HSWC track meet🏃🏿‍♀️🏁
Minister Tabitha rendered a powerful & thought provoking word that caused us to examine how we are running , what we are running from , and whether we are running the race God assigned us!
Minister Tabitha broke down the different types of runners from a spiritual perspective, and somewhere in her message, we could all find ourselves!

🏃‍♂️THE SPRINTER
Sprinters run short distances with great intensity. Spiritually, sometimes we want God to MOVE NOW! Don’t sprint before God, trust His timing, just because you’re ready to run doesn’t mean God has said GO!

🏃🏿‍♀️THE DISTANCE RUNNER
The distance runner isn’t as concerned about speed as they are endurance, the race doesn’t always feel good, there will be seasons when continuing becomes difficult, but you won’t have to endure it alone, GOD IS WITH YOU!

🏃🏿‍♂️THE RELAY RUNNER
Relay runners understand that the race isn’t about them alone, eventually they must pass the baton, they understand their assignment, they stay in their own lane, they run their own race!

🏃🏽‍♀️THE MARATHON RUNNER
Marathon runners are built for the long race! They endure! They get tired! Sometimes they even want to quit but they keep putting one foot in front of the other because they understand there is a finish line ahead.Before they can successfully run the race, they must go through a process of preparation and development-THIS IS GROWTH!

🏃🏾‍♂️THE RUNAWAY RUNNER
Then there’s the runner trying to get away! Running from the call, running from the assignment, running from the responsibility, running from what God has been telling them to do! You can change directions and locations, you can make excuses, you can keep running , BUT YOU CAN’T RUN FROM THE PRESENCE OF GOD!

So after yesterdays HSWC track meet, the questions remain:
WHO ARE YOU RUNNING FROM?
WHAT ARE YOU RUNNING FROM?
WHY ARE YOU RUNNING?

🔥POWER HOUR RECAP

What a powerful time of teaching during Power Hour at HSWC! Evangelist Simmons led us in a dynamic discipleship training with a powerful message!

“GOD KEEPS HIS PROMISES”(Rom.4:16-20)

Abraham stands as one of the greatest testaments that when God makes a promise, He is faithful to fulfill it!🙌🏾
God promised Abraham a son, and although it took 25 years for that promise to come to pass, Abraham did not allow the waiting season to cancel his faith! His confidence remained in the word of God and the one who made the promise!

The circumstances said one thing , “BUT GOD” HAD ALREADY SPOKEN!

Sometimes there is a waiting period between the promise & the manifestation, but a delay does not mean God has changed His mind, His promises are “YES & AMEN”🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

💥📖BIBLE STUDY HIGHLIGHTS 💥📖
QUIT SAYING WHAT YOU CAN’T DO AND ASK GOD TO HELP YOU‼️Exodus 4:10-12

Apostle gave us 5 powerful and prolific points to help us overcome the phrase “I CAN’T”
1. Moses wasn’t describing his condition, he was defending his comfort zone.
2. God never addresses Moses’ excuses
3. The calling came after the weaknesses
4. God’s answer was not power, It was partnership
5. God promised to teach Moses what he didn’t know.

When we use the word “ I CAN’T” we become the victim of IDENTITY PARALYSIS which is you become so aware of what you lack that you can no longer recognize what God has put in the inside of you. Remember today the word says I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO GIVES ME THE STRENGTH: Phil 4:13
