- C'mon Church... time is short. People are hurting, dying, and lost!! People are starving for something GOOD to happen in their life! People need to know that there is hope for their future! If we, the Church... the Believers in Jesus, don't step up and speak BOLDLY for Jesus... WHO WILL?
There's no more time to waste chasing after our own pleasure and our own agenda. The world needs Jesus and YOU are just the one to bring Him to your community!
Join us at Compass Church as we grow together and learn to be the hands and feet of Jesus! Sunday at 10:00am.

Imagine, TODAY, if every person who says "I'm a Christian" went out and shared the Gospel of Jesus with just ONE person who is not a Christian... helped them get saved, delivered, and set free... and then brought them to a faith-filled, Bible-teaching, Holy Spirit filled church where they could renew their mind to God's Word and be surrounded by people who will lift them up in prayer and support them through their time of growth, until they are mature enough to repeat the process?!?!?

Wouldn't that be awesome??!!??

Oh WAIT... That's exactly what Jesus TOLD us to do! When did Christian people forget that this is our #1 job in this life!
Here's something that might shock you! It's not just your local church's job (the place where you attend) to seek and save the lost!! 😳 It's not just the pastor's job to seek and save the lost.
Your local church is a place where Christians can gather for fellowship, worship our King, and be fed a hearty meal of God's Word. But it's also a hospital and a school!! It's a place where hurt, lost, and broken people can come and be renewed, set free, and taught the truth (sometimes hard truth) about what God says in His Word!
But how are these lost people going to get there??

YOU!!! You are THE CHURCH!!!
YOU, Christian friend, are called the seek and save the lost!!!!!

Let's get to work friends! The time is short! Jesus is coming soon and we don't want any to be left behind!

The Church was not created for division! We are supposed to be a people of compassion! A people who love others... not based on skin color or social status, but because every soul matters to Jesus! He cares! And when we step outside of our comfortable sanctuaries, we realize there is a hurting and broken world out there that needs a touch from Heaven! People are hungry for the truth and NEED someone REAL to care for them and point them to The One who is able to set things right!
Thank God that Compass Church is a place that is breaking down the racial and social barriers that have had such deep roots in our community for so long! We only have 2 agendas... To KNOW JESUS and to MAKE HIM KNOWN!!!
What a wonderful time we had today during our Walmart parking lot community outreach! Lives were changed and Jesus was glorified
Until next time...

John 17:26 "I have made you known to them, and will continue to make you known in order that the love you have for me may be in them and that I myself may be in them.” ~Jesus

“Your great weapon is PRAYER! God is true to His Word and He will fulfill it. But he cannot if you do not give Him an open door to move through prayer.” -Pastor Allen

John Adams said that Independence Day “ought to be commemorated as the day of deliverance by solemn acts of devotion to God Almighty. It ought to be solemnized with pomp and parade, with shows, games, sports, guns, bells, bonfires, and illuminations from one end of this continent to the other, from this time forward forevermore.”
So enjoy the fireworks and parades and celebration – but also make sure to honor and thank God – make it a day celebrated “with solemn acts of devotion to God Almighty.”
Happy Birthday America! May God continue to shed His grace on Thee!
