We kick off this Sermon Series "God Stories: His Narrative. Our Journey." with Pastor Kathy reminding us that none of us are meant to be sideline spectators! In Luke 10, Jesus sends out 72 ordinary people with an extraordinary calling - and that calling extends to each one of us today.

What is your God story? Because the harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Whether it's a kind word, a helping hand, or simply sharing how God has shown up in your life - you are needed in the field.

And here's a little perspective shift to carry into your week:
Instead of "I have to" - try "I get to."

Pastor Dana wraps up "The Adventures of JC in the Gospel of Mark" with a story that takes us into one of Jesus' most dramatic adventures - clearing the temple in Mark 11 - and challenges us to ask the hard question: if Jesus walked into the temple of our own hearts today, what tables would he need to overturn, and what distractions and barriers would he need to drive out so that we can become true worshippers who build bridges rather than walls?

This week, Pastor Dana shares the story of Jesus returning to his hometown of Nazareth in Mark 6 only to be rejected by those who thought they knew him. We are challenged to stop being "naysayers" - the very ones who put Jesus in a box and instead become courageous disciples who truly know him personally - holding on tight and trusting him to lead us on the adventure of a lifetime.
