As we all know, an event sponsorship is a crucial aspect of organizing successful events. It establishes a partnership where a company or organization provides financial or in-kind support to an event in exchange for promotional opportunities and brand exposure.
The African Faith Community has been blessed to get such support for its Annual Fundraising Gala, through Nelia African Market, LLC which is a business located in Frederick, selling African and Caribbean products. Please help us thank this business by liking their FB page, visiting their website and, of course, shopping there!

For more than 10 years, the African Faith Community has undertaken concrete actions as Christians around the world are instructed to practice this in their homes, in their communities, and in the world as a whole.

In 2024, The African Faith Community will help the following charities.

1. Fr. Tamasang Ngante and Fr. John Paramus have started building the parish of Saint John Bosco Elemighong in 2021, which covers 10 smaller villages : Elemighong, Twalatwal, Sowl, Juambum, Anjin, Ntum, Aboh, Tumuku and Ntungje. They also started at the same time a maiden school in Saint Francis Xavier Mission, Tumuku. They need our help finishing the roof of the church, plastering the walls of both the church and the school and make more functional.

2. Orphelinat les Innocents, is an orphanage (for the Innocents) which shelters orphans and vulnerable people to help them rebuild their futures. https://www.facebook.com/p/Orphelinat-les-innocents

3. Fr. Mattias from Our Lady of Grace parish in Nandere, in the Diocese of Kasana-Luweero, has initiated a project helping people ght poverty. They have groups in which people pool their money in order to save and have enough funds to help when someone needs a loan to start an individual project. Also, to generate money these groups rent tents and chairs owned by the groups; provide Catering services; some take a loan to have a farm with animals such as chickens, pigs…; they also teach how to saw to the young people who have dropped out of school; and also they teach them to
become a hairdresser…
Fr. Matthias needs our help to encourage more people in a diocese of more than 880,000+ to create more groups than just the 4 groups that are functional at this point.
