The first few weeks of Pastor Scott's lunchtime Bible studies have been a success!

Join us every Tuesday from 11:45 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. in the conference room for fellowship, and feel free to stop by with your lunch!

This Sunday, Pastor Scott preached on Matthew 16:21-28 and what it truly means to be a disciple of Jesus: deny yourself, take up your cross, and follow Him.

Following Jesus is more than just knowing who He is. It means trusting Him, walking in His ways, and allowing Him to lead every part of our lives.

This group is open to young adults in their 20's and 30's looking for fellowship and dedicated time with each other in prayer and God's word.

This Sunday, Pastor Sean preached on Matthew 16:13-23, where Peter makes a bold confession in saying, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” We are reminded that we don’t need to attempt to control everything in our lives or hide from our sins, we can instead lay everything down before him.

Signups are still open for the Promise Ministries Golf Outing at Whispering Creek in New Haven!! 🏌🏼‍♂️

To register, email Brittney at [email protected] or fill out the registration form at the Welcome Desk. Payments can be made by cash or check and placed in the JoyBox labeled “Golf Outing.” Registration and payment are due by August 30th.

This Sunday, Pastor Scott preached on Matthew 15:21–28, which tells the story of a Canaanite woman who came to Jesus pleading for mercy and healing for her daughter. She didn’t come to Jesus claiming anything as her right, she simply threw herself on the mercy of the Lord. As Christians, we aren’t entitled to God’s goodness because of who we are, we depend fully on His grace and mercy.

What a wonderful Rally Day! 🤍 Today we celebrated the students in our church family as they received their own Bibles and prayed over them as they head into a new school year. We’re so grateful for our Promise family and can't wait to see our students continue to grow in their faith!
