What a sweet day in the Lord’s presence! 🙌

We were honored to hear from one of our overseers, Pastor Aaron Jayne, as he continued our City on a Hill series with a powerful message, Set Apart to Stand Out.

Pastor Aaron reminded us that as followers of Jesus, we are called to be the salt and light of the world, bringing out the God-flavors and God-colors everywhere we go. Being set apart isn’t about isolating ourselves from people. It’s about living differently so we can reach people effectively.

We learned that set apart people:
• Love differently
• Live differently
• Care differently
• Connect differently
• Purpose differently

As we keep our bearings in Christ, live with compassion, and make the most of every opportunity, our lives can point others to the hope found in Jesus.

Thank you, Pastor Aaron, for investing in our church family and challenging us to shine brightly for God’s glory! 💡🏙️

What a powerful Sunday as we kicked off our new series, City on a Hill.

Today, a dear part of our church family, Herb Ford, reminded us that we are called to be the light of the world. We were challenged to stay connected to God through prayer and His Word, demonstrate His Kingdom through the way we live, use our gifts to serve others, and shine His light into the darkness around us.

The world doesn’t need more people talking about the darkness. It needs people willing to carry the light.

When God’s people stay connected to Him and live on mission, families change, neighborhoods change, cities change, and people who are far from God find their way home.

Let’s be the kind of church that shines so brightly that our community can’t help but see Jesus. 💡🏙️
