Important update regarding our live-streamed online services: Our online service livestreams will now start at 25 minutes past the hour for each of our our in-person services for a start time of 9:25 AM and 11:25 AM. The livestreams will still include our teaching and special moments, but not worship. Riverside Worship will still be working hard to release online worship content that engages and serves our body. Thank you so much for your understanding as we continually strive to improve our worship experiences!

Join Us for our next Special Needs Parent Meetup on Monday, May 4th at 6:30pm!

Our special guest will be Sandra Worth - Founder and Executive Director of My Autism Connection (MAC), a nonprofit that equips adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder with social, career, and life skills to support greater independence. She is also the founder of Worth Advocacy, where she serves as an educational advocate helping students with disabilities and their families navigate the school system and secure appropriate services.

A Certified Autism Specialist, Sandra founded MAC in 2012 after recognizing the lack of resources for autistic adults transitioning into adulthood - an issue she experienced firsthand as the parent of a son with autism.

Hello Riverside! This Sunday, our church family will have an opportunity to provide food for many of the wonderful children at Edgewood Academy who struggle with food insecurity. You can access Edgewood's Amazon list in the QR code. Your generous donations fill multiple weekend food packs and alleviate some of the anxiety these kids and their families experience.

Thank you for being the hands and feet of Jesus in this meaningful way!

Every First Tuesday of the month, we fast and pray as a church family. This is the time that we sacrifice something we would ordinarily eat, drink, or participate in for time alone with the Lord - dedicating that time instead to praying and Scripture reading. Some things we can pray for this week:
- Pray that those who attended Journey to the Cross and Easter services at Riverside will sense a fresh calling in their life to seek time with God and pursue faith community connections.
- Pray for our Riverside Women who will be leaving for The Dominican Republic early Wednesday morning. Pray that God prepares the way with open hearts and doors in The DR who are longing to hear the saving Gospel of Jesus Christ.
- Pray for the lost and those in desperate need in our local community; pray for our missionary partners around the world.

Ephesians 1:18-19 (NIV)
"I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people, and his incomparably great power for us who believe."

Named a Golden Apple Teacher in 2024, Michelle has spent her career mentoring families and students on how to celebrate their unique gifts. Michelle's passion is to create inclusive spaces that bridge communities with diverse learners, and we know that this time planned with her will be instructive and helpful.
